ChessMates Win First Place at the CIS Columbus Day Tournament in Harlem
Our team received awards in three sections at this weekend's tournament. Two First Place plaques were awarded the ChessMates in both the Novice and Rookie sections. We also took Second Place in the NRB section.
Kudos to Zheng Zou, Edwin Mendez, Vickie Yang, and Allen Li who all finished with perfect 4-0 scores.
